Doctor's note + Approval. Application
includes an "other" section. BUT, I only see a permit for RESIDENTS. I
need to contact them to find out about NON-residents. Florida
has decided to change this policy, and should now allow non-residents to
receive crossbow permits. For more information on this change, please
